My Floam Dupe!

*My Summer Giveaway is almost over, less than a day left to enter! Click the tab above!*
Hello everyone! I wanted to show you my dupe of the ever popular (and continuing to get harder and harder to get) Floam nail polish by Nail-Venturous. In case you haven't heard of the floam polish yet, here is what it looks like:
Picture is borrowed from The Polish Aholic, click to see her original post.
And here is mine! I should have added more blue glitter, but I still love it.
2 coats of my dupe, it has been sitting for a month, the base is very slightly green, but it doesn't show up on the nail.
Close up!

What would everyone think of the chance to win a new bottle of my version? It wouldn't have glitter suspension base because that is super hard/expensive to get here in Canada, but I mix the bottle of mine up by rolling it for a few minutes, and that works fine. Please comment on this post if you are interested in me doing this giveaway, 5+ comments and I will do it!

*EDIT* *EDIT* *EDIT*
Thanks for all the input everyone! I will be doing this giveaway, it will be up probably on Monday. Also included will be the small matte neon glitter of all rainbow colors that I found earlier this week.(suitable for use in polish or sprinkle it on a wet nail)
and a couple of other things.
I found a place that sells glitter suspension base to Canada for a low price, so the polish will have suspended glitter!

Happy nails!☺

  2. That would be awesome! I own some of TKB's suspension base though, so would it be possible (if I somehow won it or if you decided to sell it or whatever) for you to just send the glitter and I could add it to my own base? I feel like something that pretty deserves the proper base whenever possible. :)
Also, I think I may like your more yellow version even better than the original!

  3. Actually I just discovered TKB ships to Canada too but they only sell in bulk. (http://www.tkbtrading.com/item.php?item_id=1567&page=1&category_id=76)
So if you wanted less I have found a site on Etsy that sells their own suspension base and it looks like they ship to Canada too. (http://www.etsy.com/shop/WonderBeautyProducts?section_id=11447927)
So maybe that will help you get your own base and you won't even have to worry about my above question. Hope this helps! :)

    1. Hi Leslie, I would be able to ship you the glitter if you won, i am going to have an option where it can be any combination of the 3 colors (gree, blue, yellow) So if someone wanted a yellow and blue one, I could do that.
I checked those websites, I think it is $48 with shipping to get it at TBK (yikes) And wonderbeauty only ships their bases to the states.
Oh hey. wonder beauty does ship single glitter base bottles to Canada so I could most likely suspend it. Thanks for the tips!

    1. Yeah, it hasn't bled at all yet and it has been at least a day. Usually when glitter is a bad bleeder I find it bleeds within a few hours. The base looks clear so far, I will continue to check it daily.
I was so amazed to see neon matte glitter there because I have been looking for solvent resistant pink, orange and purple for months. They are pretty small, but looking good! I will be updating soon with that franken.
