All the Rainbow Neon Matte Glitters topped with Orly Be Brave
So when I got these rainbow neon matte glitters at my dollar store, I thought they looked awesome, and hoped they were polyester and wouldn't bleed when the hit the polish base. I was in luck! I topped 2 coats of OPI Alpine Snow with one coat of my glitter mix polish, and then with a coat of Orly Be Brave and Seche Vite.
I think it would have looked better without the Be Brave, but it still looks cool, reminds me of cupcake frosting!
